Will a "hypertext" world make us more accepting of cyclic history?

A hypertext is a text shown on a computer or other electronic device that links to another website, image, video, audio, or text. It is an easy way to share information over the internet. In a hypertext world, it would help us adjust to the theory of cyclic history by making it easier to accept the fact that some things go in a cycle while others go in a certain order from beginning to end. The theory of cyclic history consists of the belief that history repeats itself like in a cycle. It is mostly supported by politics, recession, and the stock market which all somehow repeat themselves over time. A hypertext can lead you to another site but you can also go back to the site that you were first on like making a U-turn while driving. This is not exactly making a full cycle but it has the same concept of repeating itself. However, a hypertext can also lead you to more sites. These sites are different and will probably not lead you to the same site you were first on. But you can always go back in your internet history and find the first site you were on or click on the back button on the webpage. This proves that sometimes you can repeat things even though it doesn’t happen in a cycle linking one thing to the next and back around again. A hypertext is helping us to adjust to the cyclic theory of history and become more accepting to the fact that some things do repeat themselves.

Is modern life "always" better than it was in the past?

In some aspects it is in others it is not. It all depends on your personal opinion of the past and of the present. For example if you personally like life ancient China than life in China today you will think the past is better. There is no scientific facts that can support or deny this reasoning. Yes we have a better lifestyle and more advanced technology but does necessarily mean modern is better than how people lived years ago. As reiterated earlier it all depends on your personal opinion about the matter. If people want to live like they did before than we would be doing that wouldn't we?

Does history progress?

In my opinion history is not like technology in that one generation builds upon it while the next generation continues to improve upon it. This is primarily because technology, unlike history, involves a material, tangible object to continually improvise. History in it of itself, is really only a record of the past--hence the expression history is bound to repeat itself without awareness of it. Essentially, we are fundamentally the same people as hundreds of years ago. With the same capacity for irrationality. The only difference is that now there is a broader array of access to education, reducing the amount of irrationality. So in short when it comes to ideas and rational behavior sometimes "newer" is not necessarily, "better," but is instead just, "different." So history is just recorded events and we can learn from them but we can never make history "better". There are always good events and bad events that had happened in history. Meaning that good and bad effects can come form them. In reality there always going to be more than one effect form one cause.

A centrally located facility with a business management structure facilitating the aggregation, storage, processing, distribution, and/or marketing of locally/regionally produced food products. They are important because they do the following: Drop off point for multiple farmers and  a pick up point for distribution firms and customers that want to buy source-verified local and regional food and the Provide the space and equipment for food to be stored, lightly processed, packed, palletized and possibly even sold under a Hub’s regional label. Dear Cafeteria Staff, We should make a way so we can have healthy and organic foods for our school. I suggest that you should contact local farms and talk with them about buying their food for our use.

The color of the van on the street is white.  The time was anywhere before the 9/11 attacks because the twin towers were still there.   The name of the is St. John’s chapel. From my point of view I can count up to 8 people on the bus.

Question 1

The sudden dip is because of the 9/11 attacks on the United States of America. The event he explain the significance of historical because it molds the way we live in the present and it helps us understand situations so we will be better pre pared for them next time. One example is the holocaust which cause people to make new laws against that and severe punishments for any country that does do that.

Life in Niger

If Niger was my home and not America my life would be completely hard. I would have a about 3 more times children I would there then it would here in America. However my children have a 18 times higher chance of dieing in Niger then in America. Food is not always available here because droughts occur frequently here. The government here is unorganized, unfair, and they barely have enough resources to feed themselves. We founded our independence in 1960 but after several coups our political system is left in shambles. Also my life is very hard here and I will die about 25 years sooner then I will in America. I probably would have been diagnose with HIV/AIDS and there is far too little medical help to treat me correctly. I make 99% less money than in America so feeding my family would be close to impossible. My average yearly income is 700 and that is very insufficient to pay for my needs let alone my family's. My house probably would not have running electricity nor water. So thats the life Niger
